CREDOLIGN is a personal trade name used by Akshay, an individual insurance agent licensed by IRDAI to solicit Life and Health insurance (including travel / overseas medical cover offered by health insurers). This website offers general information about types of life, health and travel insurance. It is not an advertisement or solicitation of any specific insurance product. Product features, terms, conditions and benefits are governed solely by the respective insurer's policy documents.

CREDOLIGN does not sell, issue, underwrite, or collect payment for any insurance policy through this website. Any purchase, if you choose to proceed, takes place directly with the insurer through the licensed agent, subject to the insurer's underwriting and terms.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. As per Section 41 of the Insurance Act, 1938, offering or accepting any rebate of premium or commission is prohibited.

Privacy: Your name and contact details are collected only to respond to your enquiry, with your consent, and are not sold or shared. To have your details removed, please contact us.

Product-specific communications are issued only with the relevant insurer's prior written approval, as required under the IRDAI (Insurance Advertisements and Disclosure) Regulations, 2021. The pages on this website carry general information about categories of cover only: no insurer is named, no filed product is named, and no premium, return or claim-settlement figure is quoted anywhere.

Investment services

CREDOLIGN does not distribute mutual funds and holds no AMFI registration. Where this website describes savings or investment plans, it is describing categories of life insurance product — which combine cover with a savings or investment element — and nothing else. Market-linked plans carry market risk, returns are not guaranteed, and the insurer's policy document governs in every case.

Finance & Accounts — a separate engagement

Finance & Accounts is a separate business advisory engagement and is not insurance business. It is not covered by the IRDAI licence referred to above. Work that legally requires a specific professional signature is carried out by the relevant practising member of our panel.

The two practices share this website and a brand name. They do not share an engagement, a scope or a body of regulation, and information you provide to one is not passed to the other unless you ask for it.

Licensed professional work

Statutory audit, tax audit, GST certification, ROC filings, valuation reports and any other work that legally requires a specific professional signature are carried out by the relevant practising member of our panel holding the registration that the particular document requires. Which professional signs which document is disclosed to you before the work starts.
